O Clube Naval de Sesimbra, has available to all members a training room and sauna. The training room can be used every day and at any time by the members of the Club.

The Sauna works only during the 2nd, 4th and 6th Friday from 18h to 20h.
The Clube Naval de Sesimbra, always attentive to the needs of athletes and associates invested in the acquisition of quality equipment recognized, appropriate for a modern training room and well-equipped, intended for partners and simultaneously enable the relevant support to the respective Sport Teams.
